With the injury to Collins, and Vince Young still recovering from an ankle injury, rookie Rusty Smith is the team’s only healthy quarterback. Fisher didn’t rule out adding a quarterback if Collins is out for an extended period. Chris Simms, who was on the roster during training camp, would be one option. “We will discuss that,’’ Fisher said. “We will see where we are with that. ...” Stay tuned.
