Ramsey, who last played in a game in 2008 with the Broncos and last started a game in 2005 with the Redskins, would likely become the No. 2 quarterback, behind Tyler Thigpen. Mortensen also reports that the Dolphins are considering Chris Simms, who started one game for the Broncos last year and who was released by the Titans in September. In case you missed it, the need for quarterbacks comes with reports that both Chad Henne (knee) and Chad Pennington (shoulder) will miss the rest of the season. The Dolphins have reportedly also expressed interest in JaMarcus Russell.
