Vick has injured rib cartilage that he sustained two weeks ago. He is listed as the third QB behind starter Kevin Kolb and backup Mike Kafka. Vick has the team’s permission to not be on the sideline, but is available if needed should Kolb or Kafka get injured. A third quarterback can come into the game in the fourth quarter; if he is used before then, the other two quarterbacks are ineligible to return to the game. ... Stay tuned.
