According to NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora, Finley will have arthroscopic surgery on his knee Tuesday. He is expected to miss three weeks.

Finley injured the knee on the second play of Sunday's overtime loss to the Redskins. Despite the three-week timetable, the he Packers have a Week 10 bye. So Finley could be out until Week 11. ...
