HC Tom Cable put no timetable on his recovery, but ESPN.com's Bill Williamson notes that similar surgeries often take 3-4 weeks to recover. If that's the case, Schilens may have a hard time getting ready for the Sept. 12 season opener at Tennessee. Schilens has been dealing with a foot injury for more than a year. ... Look for Louis Murphy to move up in the rotation in Schilens' absence.
