According to FOX 31 reporter Josina Anderson, Buckhalter's injury is upper back and he is currently being checked for leg numbness at a local hospital. It should be noted the Denver Post, NFL.com's Jason La Canfora and ESPN insider Adam Schefter are reporting Buckhalter's injury is to his left hamstring (with Schefter and La Canfora suggesting it's minor); the Post is looking into Anderson's report. ... While Buckhalter was able to walk off the field under his own power, Anderson advised readers the veteran tailback began feeling numbness in his legs and was transported to the hospital via ambulance.
