This, of course, after Jason Campbell was acquired in a trade with the Redskins. The consensus among observers is that Campbell arrives as the de facto starter, so Lombardi's report makes sense. The additional year already added to Campbell's contract in Oakland lends further credence to that notion. Russell, meanwhile, is scheduled to make $9.45 million in the 2010 season.
