According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Jets have traded Washington and a No.7 pick to the Seattle Seahawks for a No.5 pick.

Seattle acquired LenDale White from the Titans earlier in the day and Washington's addition gives the Seahawks another candidate for playing time. An injury sidelined Washington last season, but his recovery is on scheduled.
