Steve Breaston will join Larry Fitzgerald in the starting lineup with Boldin out. Early Doucet moves up to the No. 3 spot and Jerheme Urban is also active and will be in the mix, too. ... For what it's worth, the Cardinals practiced and game-planned this week as if Boldin wouldn't be available so if nothing else, they were prepared for his absence.
