According to Scout.com's Adam Caplan, HC Mike Tomlin said on Tuesday morning that Roethlisberger went through his concussion tests on Monday, passed all of them and feels fine.

This certainly jibes with everything we've been hearing up to this point and it's now safe to say Roethlisberger will start and play as usual. Indeed, the Steeler are confident enough that Roethlisberger is healthy that they will not sign a veteran QB. Instead, they will add Tyler Palko to their practice squad. Dennis Dixon, the team's No. 3 quarterback the past two seasons, will move up to No. 2 and the Steelers will go with only two quarterbacks on the active roster for now.
