According to ESPN insider Chris Mortensen, Palmer was handing off only with his right hand in fourth quarter of today's win over the Ravens after spraining his left thumb bracing himself on a fall. Reported by FootballDiehards.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
No reason to believe the injury will be an ongoing issue. It certainly wasn't a problem on the game-winning pass to Andre Caldwell -- the third straight last-minute win in a row for the Bengals. We'll be watching for more on Palmer, but wouldn't get too worked up about this one.
