If Burress manages to emerge unscathed following NFL commissioner Roger Goodell’s review of his status under the league’s personal conduct policy, then he apparently won’t lack for potential new employers. According to Burress’ agent, Drew Rosenhaus, via his Twitter account, Burress now has five NFL teams interested in him.

And that list, according to Rosenhaus, could become even longer soon. “There are now 5 teams interested in Plaxico,” Rosenhaus wrote. “I expect more teams to enter the mix over the next few weeks as well. ...” Sure. At this point it's believed the Jets, Bucs and Bears are interested. Their interest, of course, will depend greatly on whatever disciplinary action Goodell takes. ... Stay tuned.
