Leonard started in seven games as a rookie in 2007 and finished with 303 yards on 86 carries. His best game came on Oct. 7, 2007, against Arizona when he had 102 yards on 18 carries. As Enquirer staffer Joe Reedy notes, Leonard was limited by injuries last year, playing in only two games with seven yards on two carries. Pro Football Weekly recently suggested that Leonard and TE Joe Klopfenstein -- both due to their respective injury histories -- could be facing an uphill battle to make the Rams' final roster.
