The Facts:
Romo was sacked four times in last night's win over the Giants, including back-to-back plays at the end of the first quarter that left him wincing in pain with a back problem. He didn't miss a snap, but wasn't moving as well as he usually does.

Although Romo was clearly in considerable pain throughout the game -- to the point he had difficulty jogging off the field after most series, he performed well enough. He told reporters after the game that he didn't expect the back to be an ongoing issue. Those interested, however, will want to monitor his status and progress in the days leading up to next weekend's game against another very physical defense in the Ravens.
