Holmes will return to the starting lineup Monday night when the Steelers play the Redskins. "Satisfactory action has been taken from our standpoint," HC Mike Tomlin said today at his weekly news conference. "We're moving forward."
The Steelers deactivated Holmes for last Sunday's game against the Giants.

Holmes, who will be charged for a misdemeanor possession of marijuana stemming from a traffic stop last week, apologized to his teammates during a meeting Monday. The Steelers' second-leading receiver also apologized in a two-paragraph statement that the team issued.
