Palmer, who said he hurt his elbow last Sunday against the Giants when he was hit as he threw in the game's first minutes, said he hopes it's not a long-term issue. He also said after Sunday's 20-12 loss that no surgery would be involved and when asked if a MRI showed anything scary, he said, "No. ..." Meanwhile, SI.com's Peter King told NBC Football Night in America viewers that Lewis is putting Palmer's chances of playing this week at 70-30.
