The Facts:
Marshall's arraignment for a June 12 traffic ticket has been postponed to Aug. 12, Denver court records show. The hearing was originally scheduled for July 24, the same day players are to report to the Broncos' training camp. The first practice is scheduled for July 25.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Marshall was ticketed for making an illegal lane change after allegedly driving his Hummer H2 on the shoulder to pass two cars. He was also ticketed for not having his driver's license or proof of insurance, court documents say. Marshall was arrested last Oct. 22 and charged with DUI after allegedly driving the wrong way on a one-way street in downtown Denver. An arraignment in that case is scheduled for Aug. 6. Of greater consequence, however, will be a September DUI trial that some observers believe could lead to a 1-2 game suspension (depending on the outcome).
