The Facts:
After discussing his desire to improve the Packers' rushing attack, HC Mike McCarthy said one thing he thinks will make a big difference is having Grant on board for the off-season and training camp. "Think about all the reps in OTAs and all the reps in training camp," McCarthy said of obtaining Grant a week before the regular season started.

The coach also noted the need for improved line play and the need to focus more on the run in terms of playing calling, but McCarthy clearly believes a better-versed Grant will be more productive. "He's just going to be that much better of a player," McCarthy explained. "More in tune with the run-blocking unit, the pass protection. He can improve on the check-downs; he can be more involved in the passing game. There's a number of little things he can improve on." An improved Grant will obviously be of great interest to Fantasy owners. We'll follow his progress closely this offseason and let you know how he's doing.
