By early Thursday evening, the Bucs and their '06 rookies were done with contract negotiations, capped off by deals for first-round guard Davin Joseph and Stovall.

Stovall, a receiver out of Notre Dame whom the Bucs selected in the third round, figures to contend for playing time with veterans Ike Hilliard, David Boston and Edell Shepherd behind starters Joey Galloway and Michael Clayton. At 6-foot-4, 219 pounds, Stovall gives the Bucs another big target along the lines of Clayton.
