According to Bengals witnesses, Palmer zigzagged through four pads to his left, zigzagged back through the same four pads to his right and began rifling the football in the way Cincinnati has become accustomed to seeing. After watching Palmer work out,Marvin Lewis said he fully expected his quarterback to be ready for the regular-season opener Sept. 10 at Kansas City.
