The Titans have signed Dickerson according to the team's official website.  Reported by the Redzone.org

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Dickerson is in his fourth NFL season after signing with the Houston Texans out of the University of Pittsburgh in 2010. Dickerson played in five games for the Detroit Lions last season, catching two passes for 34 yards. A journeyman tweener who can play some fullback and receiver, he will be a longshot to make the final roster when the Titans reconvene for training camp in a month. To make room for Dickerson, the Titans released tight end David Wright.
