Matt Forte Setting The Bar High For Bears Offense
(6/8 4:37 PT)

The Facts:
For the first time in many moons, the Chicago Bears' offense carried its defense during the 2013 season. Forte believes the Bears' O can rise even further in its second season under HC Marc Trestman. "If we keep working hard we're going to take this offense, hopefully, to the top of the league," Forte said, per the Chicago Tribune. "There's no ceiling. There's no limit that you can put on it." Reported by NFL.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
As NFL.com points out, Forte is one of the most overlooked and underrated big-play running backs in the NFL. His diversity in the run and pass game gives Trestman flexibility. Forte, along with Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffery, Martellus Bennett and possibly emerging wideout Marquess Wilson, will all be players of interest to fantasy football owners this year. But the keystone to the Bears' offensive ceiling remains Jay Cutler at quarterback. But Forte's presence is just as critical; he'll be a top-5 pick in most drafts this summer.
