With Josh Gordon potentially facing a suspension for a failed drug test, Cleveland needs help at wide receiver. Austin will provide just that. ... In fact, Austin could be the No. 1 receiver if Gordon is suspended. Right now the receiver depth chart after Gordon is thin, with Greg Little, Andrew Hawkins, Nate Burleson and Travis Benjamin as the top four. As PFT's Michael David Smith notes, the 29-year-old Austin is coming off a disappointing, injury-plagued season in which he caught just 24 passes for 244 yards, and no touchdowns. But if healthy, Austin could be a valuable part of Cleveland’s offense. The team added Earl Bennett to the receiving corps on Wednesday.
