Jackson missed the opening week of offseason workouts in Washington, due to a previously scheduled vacation. While OTAs are mostly limited lifting and running, quarterbacks are permitted to throw to receivers, as long as the receivers aren’t covered, in the initial phase of the program. Which means fantasy football owners will be able to get a feel for how chemistry is (or perhaps isn't) developing between D-Jax and Robert Griffin III. ... We'll be watching for more.
