Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
It's a move nobody saw coming as recently as a few days ago, when it was assumed that Chudzinski was part of a front-office plan to restore a sense of continuity to a franchise that, as NFL.com's Marc Sessler noted, "has chewed through coaches like cotton candy" since returning to the league in 1999. Not everybody is pleased with the notion. "You look at the great franchises," Browns left tackle Joe Thomas told the Akron Beacon Journal. "They don't fire your coach after the first season. You can't do it." Sure you can. And it sounds like the Browns will. ... Stay tuned.
