McFadden, who has been dealing with a sprained foot suffered Oct. 23 against the Kansas City Chiefs, has not practiced with the Raiders while recovering and still could not run on Monday. According to NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora, Oakland will move forward with Michael Bush as its starter, with Taiwan Jones spelling him. Bush ran for 96 yards on 16 carries in Sunday's 38-24 loss to the Denver Broncos.
