Adam Schefter, citing a league source, said that Best is scheduled to meet with more doctors this week and will undergo further testing.  Reported by ESPN.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Best has not played since Week 6 and indications are that he's not that close to coming back. His schedule this week certainly suggests that he won't be available in Week 10. The Lions signed Kevin Smith for more running back depth just today. We'll keep an eye on Best's progress.
