Per Gans, a ruling Monday on the NFL stay is unlikely because it was a travel day for the three judges involved. The ruling was expected as early as last Thursday but we've yet to see it. We'll also remind you again that it's still not clear if the judges will rule at all after they already put a temporary stay on the injunction lifting the lockout two weeks ago Recent reports have suggested they'll wait until the official hearing on June 3. ...
