The NFL changed the start time of the Chicago Bears-Baltimore Ravens game last year when almost two feet of snow crippled Baltimore. That delay, though, was to ensure that the stadium was cleared of snow. This time, it's because the airport in Minneapolis is closed due to a blizzard.
