The Cardinals scratched Derek Anderson in the third quarter after he was ineffective against the Rams. Hall took over and injured his shoulder after enduring two sacks and was replace by John Skelton for the remainder of the game.

Anderson was 7 of 20 for 93 yards and one interception before getting the hook. Depending on the severity of Hall's injury, however, Anderson is likely to continue as the starter. HC Ken Whisenhunt made it clear earlier this week Skelton wasn't a viable option to start. Unless desperation has truly set in. ... Stay tuned.
