This is a bit of a surprise in that most observers expected an ongoing absence coming off the bye. But Smith claims he's ready. “I love to play, but I have to be healthy,” he said. “I feel like I’m healthy. I’m out of the boot and I don’t have much pain so I’m able to move around.
