Players on PUP are eligible to be activated after six weeks. The team has a three-week window with which to evaluate the players and determine if he will be elevated to the 53-man roster. Starks is among those who can be activated this week.

According to the Green Bay Press-Gazette, if he’s able to stay healthy, Starks might be at least as valuable as third RB Dimitri Nance, who has played only sparingly since being signed to replace Ryan Grant. “We’ll see,” RBs coach Edgar Bennett said. “It’s just like anything else, it starts with him at practice, going out there and working through some things. He’ll have some opportunities in practice. That’s a good thing. Those types of reps can certainly benefit him. ...” Starks is worth keeping an eye on.
