Romo, who injured his left thumb in the third quarter of Dallas' 24-21 loss to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, is scheduled for an X-ray on Monday, according to The Dallas Morning News.

Romo was 24-for-32 passing for 220 yards -- mostly on short patterns and screens. He hit rookie Dez Bryant from 31 yards with 10:18 left to tie the game at 21, but was also intercepted by Vikings linebacker E.J. Henderson twice to set up 10 points for the Vikings. The good news would obviously be that the injury isn't to his throwing hand. ... Stay tuned.
