The Facts:
Although the Saints managed a game-tying drive to close out regulation play against the Falcons, the drive came at some cost. Drew Brees finished the drive limping noticeably on his left knee following a hard sack. Pierre Thomas limped off the field with what appeared to be an injured left ankle.

Brees and Thomas both returned for the Saints' first series of overtime (albeit both looking at least slightly gimpy). ... Nonetheless, it's safe to say you'll want to keep an eye out for more on their status in coming days. We'll certainly continue to follow up as needed.
