The Facts:
On the first day of the Lions' Organized Team Activities, Stafford (knee) did everything that was asked of him. HC Jim Schwartz, though, said Stafford still isn't 100 percent. "He can throw, he can do all the things for 7-on-7 and stuff like that. If we were having a 100-meter dash, I don't think he'd be entered right now,' Schwartz said.

That said, Schwartz didn't expect more of the former first-round pick. "He's exactly on the schedule we want him to be on and the biggest thing is not having a setback off of that schedule," the coach said. "He's throwing 100 percent, he's taking drops and doing all of those things. He's just not ready for the 100-meter dash yet. ..." Stafford threw 13 touchdown passes -- five in one game -- and 20 interceptions for a team that won just twice in 2009, one season after being the NFL's first 0-16 team.
