Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that receiver Randle El has agreed to a three-year contract with the Steelers.

Randle El's return, and today's earlier signing of WR Arnaz Battle, make it all but certain that Limas Sweed's days in a Steeler uniform are over. Both the newcomers are capable special teamers -- something Sweed is not. And both are arguably more serviceable offensive weapons than Sweed, too.
