Matt Cassel didn’t get it done Sunday against the Broncos, and as a result his day ended early.  Reported by NFL.com

Cassel was pulled late in the third quarter in favor of backup Brodie Croyle after completing 10 of 29 passes for 84 yards with two interceptions. That calculates to a passer rating of 14.2 for Cassel. ... While this seems unlikely to be a permanent move, we'll follow up as needed.
