The Facts:
Westbrook has been cleared to practice and will be a full participant in practice for the rest of the week, said HC Andy Reid, who added that Westbrook has passed every test in order to resume physical activity following the concussion he suffered in the Monday night game against the Washington Redskins in Week 7. "He's good to go," Reid said.

Reid also said that Westbrook is in good physical shape following the knee and ankle injuries that plagued him in the preseason. In the Raiders game and Redskins game, "the speed, burst, timing and vision looked like it was sharp," Reid said. But with the emergence of LeSean McCoy and Leonard Weaver as threats out of the backfield, Westbrook won't be asked to carry the full load. "We were rotating them before, we'll continue to rotate guys in," Reid said.\
