A final decision on who will handle that role hasn’t been made. However, it’s widely expected that Sherman Lewis, an offensive consultant hired just two weeks ago, will take over because he’s the only other staff member who has called plays and is well versed in the West Coast offense. Zorn remains the Redskins’ coach — at least for now — and also had been serving as, in essence, the team’s QBs coach, offensive coordinator and play-caller.
