The Facts:
Phillips said Monday that there’s some concern over Witten, who re-injured his ankle on a touchdown catch near the end of Saturday night’s loss to the Ravens. “There is some concern with Witten,” Phillips said. “I think he will be ready for the game, but how effective he can be, I don’t know.”

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Phillips also said he thought QB Tony Romo (lower back) and RB Marion Barber (dislocated toe) would both be able to play. Barber, who did not practice last week and was expected to be a game-time decision against the Ravens, was a non-factor and played only one series, as he was held out in favor of rookie Tashard Choice. “We’ll see where Marion is,” said Phillips. “He’s been better and better every week, but he still hasn’t been 100 percent.”
