Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The 31-year-old Culpepper, who had retired, signed Tuesday with the winless Lions. He started 11 lackluster games the previous two seasons for Oakland and Miami. He was a star in Minnesota before a knee injury stunted his career in 2005. Second-year pro Drew Stanton hasn’t played in an NFL game and the team does not seem confident in him, leading to the possibility of Culpepper playing Jacksonville on Sunday.
