The Facts:
Instead of an arrest, it appears Taylor was basically ticketed for disorderly conduct Saturday outside a Miami Beach nightclub, based on discussions with Taylor, Miami Beach police and his attorney, Adam Swickle. "It's nothing more than a ticket, just like if you were pulled over for speeding or pulled over with a problem with your license and they give you a date and a time and a document to appear," Swickle said.

The attorney added: "He was never formally arrested, never booked, didn't post a bond and he has not been charged with anything. We're pretty confident obviously that he won't be charged with anything.I can tell you, there is no way he could've been arrested because he never would have been given a notice to appear. ..."
