Ravens Trade Hollywood Brown To Cardinals; WR Reunited With Kyler Murray
The Cardinals have another weapon for Kyler Murray, and, as Profootballtalk.com's Charean Williams suggested, the quarterback is going to like it.

Arizona reunited Murray with Marquise Brown.

The Cardinals got Brown and a third-round choice (100th overall) for the 23rd overall choice.

Brown and Murray played together at Oklahoma.

Brown was Eric DeCosta’s first draft choice as general manager, making the receiver a first-round pick in 2019. Brown had the best season of his career in 2021, finishing with 91 catches for 1,008 yards and six touchdowns in 16 games.

He will join DeAndre Hopkins, A.J. Green and Rondale Moore atop the depth chart. The Cardinals lost Christian Kirk to the Jaguars in free agency.

Worth noting. ... Cardinals general manager Steve Keim announced that the team will be exercising Brown’s fifth-year option shortly after completing a trade with the Ravens for his services. T

Brown is now set to make $13.413 million for the 2023 season.

The Cardinals are also picking up the fifth-year option on quarterback Kyler Murray‘s contract. Should the Murray-Hollywood Brown partnership remain fruitful, their run in Arizona will likely extend well beyond the 2023 campaign.

Meanwhile, the Ravens are left with a rather nondescript receiving corps led by Rashod Bateman, who will work alongside Devin Duvernay, James Proche, Tylan Wallace, Jaylon Moore and Binjimen Victor.

The good news?

Lock tight end Mark Andrews for an ongoing, high-end workload and target share going forward.
