The Facts: According to multiple reports, the Eagles signed Jeffery to a four-year, $52 million deal that also includes another $1 million per year in incentives. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the deal includes $27 million in guaranteed money.
Diehards Line: Jeffery initially signed a one-year, $14 million contract with the team earlier this year. That deal was considered a "prove it" type contract. And as the season has gone on, Jeffery has done just that. Jeffery has now scored at least once in four consecutive games and he's has been on the field for 89 percent of the Eagles' pass plays while shouldering a notable 25 percent target share. And now he'll be locked in with Carson Wentz, who has emerged as one of the league's top quarterbacks this season, for the next four years.
