Nick Foles, QB, CHI

Foles took a hard hit on the Bears' final drive of Week 10 and had to be carted off the field. Head coach Matt Nagy stated that he believes Foles will be able to play in Week 12, after the Bears' bye week, but is unsure at this moment. Tyler Bray only completed one of his five passes on Chicago's final drive. Mitchell Trubisky was benched earlier in the year and is dealing with a shoulder injury. This offense becomes a stay-away team if Bray or Trubiusky gets the start in two weeks.

Chris Thompson, RB, JAC

Jacksonville lost Thompson to a back injury early in their Week 10 game versus the Packers. Thompson had been a deep FLEX option in PPR leagues but his status for Week 11 is now in doubt. James Robinson could see an uptick in receiving work if Thompson is sidelined in the coming weeks.

Teddy Bridgewater, QB, CAR

Bridgewater missed the final few minutes of Carolina's matchup with the Buccaneers. XFL star Phillip Walker took over for Bridgewater but couldn't get much going. Initial reports on Bridgewater appear optimistic but he could still be out a week. The entire Carolina offense would take a hit without Bridgewater under center.

John Brown, WR, BUF

Brown suffered a knee injury versus the Cardinals and did not return to the field after being listed as questionable. If he does miss time beyond this week, Cole Beasley would be a valuable add off the waiver wire. Beasley went for 109 yards and a touchdown on 11 catches versus the Cardinals. The Bills get the Chargers next week in another matchup that should feature loads of points. Rookie Gabriel Davis would also have some appeal in deep leagues if Brown misses time.

Tre'Quan Smith, WR, NO

Smith suffered a concussion versus the 49ers and was subsequently ruled out. He was hardly a relevant player in the offense when everyone was healthy so his backup isn't a notable add in most leagues. Deonte Harris was targeted four times and would be the player to add off the waiver wire if Smith is out next week. Harris is worth a look only in the deepest of leagues.

Drew Brees, QB, NO

Brees suffered a rib injury that kept him out of the second half of his Week 10 game versus the 49ers. Jameis Winston was the only Saints QB to throw a pass attempt with Brees sidelined. Brees suffered multiple cracked ribs and a punctured lung but is only expected to miss 2-3 weeks. Winston is a solid streaming option versus the Falcons' horrid secondary. Taysom Hill is a priority add in leagues where he has WR eligibility.

Malcolm Brown, RB, LAR

Brown posted a big fantasy day for the Rams with two touchdowns but he only carried the ball eight times for 33 yards, adding two catches for an additional 18 yards. Cam Akers led the backfield in rushes at 10 but he only went for 38 yards. Brown isn't an add as much as this entire backfield is a fade.
