Jalen Hurts- QB- Eagles

The former Alabama/Oklahoma quarterback, Jalen Hurts, might be someone worth picking up in keeper and dynasty leagues. Starting quarterback Carson Wentz has begun this season horribly by recording two touchdowns and four interceptions in the first two games. The Eagles' offense is struggling to get anything going. It's not likely Wentz gets benched, but it could happen if the Eagles continue to lose games. It's also possible that Wentz gets injured considering his past, but the chances of Hurts getting on the field this season aren't terrible. If you have space on your roster in keeper or dynasty leagues, pick up Hurts for a buck.

Keelan Cole- WR- Jaguars

Fantasy owners might want to pick up Keelan Cole this week. So far this year, Cole has 11 receptions for 105 yards and two scores. Last week against the Titans, he recorded six receptions for 58 yards and a touchdown. The Jaguars face the Dolphins on Thursday, whose defense has given up the fourth most fantasy points to wide receivers this year. Cole might be worth a pickup and a start. It will only cost you a dollar this week.

Adam Humphries- WR- Titans

With A.J. Brown possibly out another week, wide receiver Adam Humphries might be a player that fantasy owners should target in week 3. Last week against the Jaguars, he recorded five receptions for 48 yards and a touchdown. He has at least six targets in each of the first two games this season. The Titans face the Vikings this week, whose defense has given up the second most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. Pick him and for a buck this week Brown sits.

Devonta Freeman- RB- Free Agent

If you are in desperate need of a running back, you may want to take a chance on free agent Devonta Freeman. With several running backs getting injured in the first two weeks of the season, Freeman is bound to sign with a team soon. He is scheduled to meet with the Giants this week, and last week he visited the Eagles. He's going to sign with a team soon, just not sure where and when. But you can get him for a buck today.

Jeff Wilson Jr.- RB- 49ers

49ers running back Jeff Wilson Jr. might see an expanded role this weekend against the Giants since both Raheem Mostert and Tevin Coleman are expected to miss the game. That would put Jerick McKinnon as the starter but expect Wilson to see plenty of touches. Last year, Wilson had 27 rushing attempts for 105 yards and four touchdowns. He also recorded another score through the air. I can't see the 49ers giving McKinnon a ton of touches since he is finally back from a two-year injury absence. Wilson should get plenty of opportunities this weekend against a Giants defense.

Dalton Schultz- TE-Cowboys

It might be a good idea to pick up the Cowboys' backup tight end, Dalton Schultz. With Blake Jarwin out last game, Schultz stepped up for the Cowboys and recorded nine receptions for 88 yards and a touchdown. The Cowboys and Schultz have a tough matchup against the Seahawks this weekend, whose defense has allowed the fifth fewest fantasy points to tight ends this season. If Blake Jarwin is out, Schultz should have a consistent role with the Cowboys offense.
