If he had known his vehicle had struck a pedestrian, he would have stopped immediately, he stated. ... Commissioner Roger Goodell said this morning the league still is looking at the case. "I think from our standpoint we'll wait and see what the facts are and then we'll decide whether it's a violation or if it has any involvement with our personal conduct policy," Goodell said.
