The Facts: Sean McVay says Gurley hasn't been doing any work on the field during team drills at OTAs, but has been a consistent participant in the offseason program. "We've got him on a great plan," McVay said.
Diehards Line:
According to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, this is a sign the Rams are pleased with Gurley's progress as he deals with what's been reported to be an arthritic condition in his knee. It's left fantasy owners wondering if Gurley will continue to play the same high-volume role we've seen in the past. Their selection of Darrell Henderson in the fourth round of April's draft didn't alleviate any concerns. And while this latest development might be considered good news, we'll all be watching for more in an effort to gain some clarity as the season draws near. We're just not there yet.
