The Facts: Luck was on the field when Indianapolis kicked off its voluntary minicamp Tuesday, dressed in his uniform and helmet. However, reporters present noted that Luck did not throw or even catch during warmups as he continues to rehab his shoulder.
Diehards Line:
Luck missed the entire 2017 season and a large chunk of 2016 with a lingering shoulder injury. Despite still not throwing NFL-sized footballs, he indicated earlier this month that his recovery process is moving along well. "If I wasn't making progress, it would freak me out and we would have to change something," Luck said. "But I am." While there is still no timetable for his return, Luck is optimistic he will enter training camp without any limitations. ... We'll be watching for signs of that over the coming weeks.
