The Facts: Tyler Eifert who missed the majority of last season has been cleared to participate in OTA's.
Diehards Line:Eifert is set to be a free agent next month and at this time it is uncertain whether the Bengals are going to re-sign him. He has played just 10 games in the last two seasons and health has been a big issue throughout his career. The talent is certainly there, but has played fewer than nine games in three of his five NFL seasons. A team will likely take a shot at him if the Bengals decide to let him go, which will ultimately determine his fantasy value. That said, he remains a high-risk tight end.
